Hey, we upsized the Santee 116. Yep, took the best-in-class rec boat and simply gave the cockpit a little room to breathe. Which means you have room for tackle boxes and rod tubes and outdoor toys. You’ve even got room for the family mutt…but only if he’s wearing a PFD. Sealed bulkhead in the front? Check. In the rear? Check. Oh, and at 38 pounds, this upsized recreational kayak still cuts a mean (and fast) path in the water.
