As hard as it is to imagine, the big boy conglomerates in the kayak industry have lost sight of the paddler. They’ve got their eyes on other things, like shareholders and market penetration. They’ve lost sight of the person holding the paddle.

But we’re different. Hurricane began back in 1998 when a group of kayaking veterans decided it was time to put the paddler back on the proverbial pedestal and the fun back into kayaking.
